Refund & Returns Policy
We want you to love your AIRALOVE pieces. Here’s how returns and refunds work.
Returns
✦ Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery
✦ Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging
✦ Email support@airalove.com with your order number to start a return
✦ We’ll send a prepaid return label within 24 hours
✦ Sale items and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for return
Refunds
✦ Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email
✦ Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
✦ Refunds are issued to your original payment method
✦ Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@airalove.com with your order number and a photo. We’ll send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Contact us as quickly as possible and we’ll do our best to help.
